Youth league will run on Sundays and will start April 15 - June 10, 2012.
THE LEAGUE WILL TRY TO GIVE ONE BYE* TO TEAMS THAT REQUEST IT AT TIME OF REGISTRATION AND THAT PARTICIPATE IN THE FOLLOWING 2012 CUPS: STATE CUP, ASSOCIATION CUP AND FOUNDERS CUP. * WE WILL TRY OUR BEST TO GIVE BYE'S BUT NO GUARANTEES ARE MADE. BUT WE WILL GRANT BYE'S FOR FUTSAL'S REGIONAL COMPETITION NO U.S. CLUB CUPS OR ANY OTHER SECTIONAL CUP WILL BE GRANTED BYS. FUTSALŪ COMES FIRST!
Game sites include: Balboa HS (1000 Cayuga Ave., SF), ICA HS (24th and Guerrero Str., SF), Mission HS (18th and Church, SF),Burton HS (400 Mansell Str., SF)
WE WILL PROVIDE PRACTICE OPPERTUNITIES FOR TEAMS WHO REQUIRE IT FOR A FEE
There will be no games on: Memorial Day
6 and under "Micro Futsal", 8 and under, 10 and under, 12 and under, 14 and under, 16 and under Boys Rec and Premier Divisions. Please let us know which division you prefer.

ENTRY FEE
The league is limited to nine (9) teams per division. Extra teams will be placed on a waiting list. First come first served. Gym space is limited, so register soon! Each team is limited to a maximum of twelve (12) players on the roster with an absolute minimum of eight (8) players. You can also have a maximum number of 2 coaches registered. Additions and deletions to the roster must be done in writing with the league coordinator and must be on file before a player is eligible to participate.

Please email or mail your finalized roster and fees to Norcalathletics, 5758 Geary Blvd. #228, SF 94121 by April 2, 2011.

If you wish to add players to your team roster after you have turned in your paperwork you must first register them online at www.futsal.org and then download our add/drop form from this website; fill out completely and turn it in to league coordinator during the above hours. The league also lets you transfer players. For complete info on procedure please visit the link "Rules and Regulations" below.
If you want to join a team in our FutsalŪ league, you need to give us your full name, date of birth, age, contact phone number and or email address (parent's name too if you are a minor). We will then forward this info to all teams joining our league so interested coaches can contact you. Email all this info to Luis Azucena at luis@norcalathletics.com.

As a participant in the activities of Norcalathletics, I hereby waive and release any claims I may have, now or in the future, against Norcalathletics its officers, employees, contractors, servants and agents (hereafter referred to as NORCAL) arising from injuries to me, or damage to my property, sustained while I am: (1) at The NORCAL facilities, (2) participating in NORCAL'S activities, or (3) being transported to or from NORCAL'S facilities or activities, regardless of whether such injuries or property damage is caused in whole or in part by NORCAL'S active or passive negligence.
In the event of an injury to my child, I hereby give NORCAL permission to arrange transportation for my child to a medical facility, and/or provide my child with emergency treatment or first aid. I understand that NORCAL does not assume any responsibility to take any of these actions.
This waiver and release shall be valid for the duration of the sessions in which my child is enrolled. I have carefully read this waiver and release and agree to the terms stated. By registering with US Futsal, NORCALATHLETICS and by signing roster form I agree to terms stated.
